Read-only, always
orderpilot only reads mail. It never places orders, never logs into retailer sites, never sends, moves or deletes an email.
Credentials are encrypted
Your app passwords are encrypted at rest and never sent back to your browser. Use a limited app password — never your real one.
Your data stays yours
Each account's data is kept separate from every other. We don't sell it, share it, or use it to train anything.

Fair questions.
Does orderpilot ever place orders or touch my retailer accounts?
No. It is read-only. It reads order and shipping emails that retailers already sent you and never logs into a retailer, checks out, or changes anything in your mailbox.
Is my email login safe?
You connect with an app password — a limited password your email provider issues just for apps — never your main password. It's encrypted at rest, only used to read mail, and you can revoke it at your provider or delete it here any time. During the beta we're a small team, so please use a dedicated app password and tell us if anything looks off.
Which retailers work?
Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Pokémon Center, Sam's Club, Amazon, Costco, Macy's, Menards, Topps, US Mint, Mattel, Funko, Disney Store, BoxLunch, Riot Merch and more — 22 in total. Anything else can be added manually.
Where do the inventory prices come from?
Current market prices come from TCGplayer's public data and refresh when you ask. They're estimates to help you decide, not a guarantee of what something will sell for.
How do I get in?
The beta is invite-only. If you have a code, create your account with it. If not, ask in the community you heard about us from — codes go out in small batches.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Settings has a Delete account button that removes your login and everything stored for you.
